What are you going to do?In this permanent role, you will lead, design, and continuously improve operational processes. You work closely with the Venlo site as well as engineering colleagues in Germany. You drive Operational Excellence, coach teams in Lean methodologies, and help the organization grow toward a culture of continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, optimizing, and implementing logistics processes
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional improvement projects
- Monitoring KPIs and initiating data-driven improvement actions
- Supporting digitalization projects such as SAP upgrades and RPA
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
- Developing process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
- Facilitating Kaizen events and Lean workshops
This is a permanent position with a direct company contract.
What do we offer?- Gross monthly salary €3,500 – €4,500 (up to €5,000 negotiable)
- 8% holiday allowance

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

What do we ask?- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean process improvement
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; German and/or Dutch is an advantage (German preferred)
