Preperation Operator

We are looking for a Preparation Operator to join a professional production team in Venlo. In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring products are correctly prepared before entering the surface treatment process.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Inspecting products for quantity, dimensions, and any visible damage.
• Masking and hanging products according to specifications and technical instructions.
• Preparing product batches and loading them into the production line.
• Communicating with the Team Leader Preparation when irregularities or questions arise.
• Working according to established production schedules and process requirements.
• Registering and processing orders within the digital production system.
• Identifying safety risks and maintaining a clean, organized workplace.
• Working in a 3-shift operation.

• A gross hourly salary of €17.65.
• 23% shift allowance on top of your salary.
