As a technical production employee, you will help manufacture and process high-quality metal components. Using modern machinery and equipment, you play an important role in maintaining product quality and ensuring production runs efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating production machinery
• Processing and finishing metal components
• Carrying out quality checks and measurements
• Identifying deviations and reporting improvement opportunities
• Performing basic maintenance on machines
• Working safely and keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily production goals

This is a varied full-time position in Venray where you will work with modern technology, be part of a supportive team, and have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills within a growing manufacturing company.

• An attractive gross monthly salary of up to €3,200 including a 14% shift allowance

• Knowledge of CNC milling and/or CNC machining (or similar)
• Experience in a similar position
• Quality-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility
• Motivated attitude and a true team player
