Okechamp in Venlo, a specialist in mushroom products for the international market, is looking for Operators who are motivated by technology, variety, and job security.

As an Operator at Okechamp, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You operate the machines, keep oversight, and take action where needed. Your tasks include:

• Operating and adjusting machines when necessary
• Performing quality checks to ensure only top-quality products leave the factory
• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions
• Recording and reporting production data
• Working together with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe workplace

You will work in a 3-shift system, for which you will receive shift allowances on top of your salary.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in production or as an operator (a plus, not a must)
• Has technical insight and can respond quickly to malfunctions
• Works accurately and has a strong eye for quality
• Is full-time available and willing to work in shifts
• Speaks Dutch or English well
