As Module Assembly Technician, you play an important role in building reliable products that meet the highest quality standards. Depending on your experience and training, you may work in one or more of the following production areas.

Component Assembly

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components with precision
• Perform detailed assembly tasks using technical instructions and engineering drawings
• Work with prepared assembly kits and specialized tools

System Assembly

• Assemble complete defense-related modules and equipment
• Work at modern, well-organized production workstations
• Cooperate with logistics and quality teams to ensure smooth production

Testing & Quality Control

• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and functionality
• Identify and report any deviations according to procedures
• Develop your technical skills and progress into more advanced production or testing roles

We offer an attractive employment package in accordance with the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement (CAO).

• Gross monthly salary of €2,943 based on a 40-hour workweek
• €16.98 gross per hour, including ADV compensation

• You communicate in English or Dutch
• You have good manual dexterity and enjoy precision work
• You are comfortable using basic hand and power tools, such as an electric screwdriver
• You enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive, proactive attitude
• You have strong spatial awareness gained through work, education, hobbies, or previous work experience
• You are reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
• You enjoy practical, hands-on work and following technical instructions
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
