Machine operator(CNC)

You will have the opportunity to work independently, use your technical knowledge and contribute ideas to improve the production process.

As a CNC Woodworker, you will operate various machines used to process wood and sheet materials. You will ensure accurate work and high quality results.

• Set up and operate CNC machines and other woodworking machinery.
• Process wood and sheet materials according to technical drawings and measurements.
• Check drawings and specifications for accuracy before starting production.
• Monitor the quality and dimensions of the finished products.
• Identify minor machine malfunctions and resolve them where possible.
• Actively suggest improvements to the production process.
• Work with machinery such as CNC machines, panel saws, planers and crosscut saws.

• A gross hourly wage of €17.24, including ADV compensation, equivalent to approximately €2,990 gross per month based on a 40 hour working week.
• 8.33% holiday allowance on top of your salary.

• You have an MBO level of education or equivalent practical experience.
• You have a good command of either Dutch or English. This is a requirement.
• You have a good technical understanding and work accurately.
• You can read and assess technical drawings and measurements.
• Experience as a CNC operator or saw machine operator is an advantage.
• You have knowledge of woodworking machinery or are willing to develop your skills.
• You work independently, think proactively and do more than simply press buttons.
