Machine operator

Are you a skilled machine operator who understands the process behind the machine? We are looking for a CNC Woodworking Operator who can do more than simply push buttons. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor advanced woodworking machinery while working from technical drawings and specifications.

• Setting up and operating CNC woodworking machines.
• Performing woodworking activities based on technical drawings and dimensions.
• Working with equipment such as CNC machines, panel saws, planers, and crosscut saws.
• Assessing technical drawings and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
• Identifying and helping resolve minor machine malfunctions.
• Contributing ideas to improve production processes and efficiency.

• Starting salary of €17.24 per hour including ADV allowance
• Full-time position in day shift

• MBO-level work and thinking ability.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Strong technical understanding and affinity with machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
• Knowledge of machinery and the ability to solve minor technical issues is a plus.
• Experience as a CNC Operator or Saw Machine Operator is preferred.
• A proactive and quality-focused mindset.
• Someone who understands the production process and enjoys taking responsibility, not just operating a machine.
