Logistiek Medewerker – Dagdienst

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for carefully handling, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will work accurately according to quality and safety procedures and make sure products are processed correctly and on time.

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment;
• Applying the correct packing techniques to protect products during transport;
• Handling fragile, sensitive, or high-value products with care;
• Labelling and scanning shipments and processing them correctly in the warehouse system;
• Performing quality checks and reporting damages or deviations;
• Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods;
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe;
• Using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks;
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets;
• Following company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

• A salary of €16.90 gross per hour;
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00;

You will work for an international pharmaceutical company in Eindhoven. You will work fully on-site in a professional warehouse environment and become part of an experienced logistics team.

Your working day will mainly involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting and moving packages. Overtime is possible, but only occasionally.

A VGB (Certificate of No Objection) is required for this position. This will be requested for you, and you can only start working once the VGB has been approved.

Appropriate workwear will be provided, except for trousers. You are required to wear long, presentable jeans. Jogging trousers are not permitted.

• Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment;
• Have a hands-on mentality and enjoy practical work;
• Work accurately and pay close attention to details and deviations;
• Are physically fit and able to perform physical work on a daily basis;
• Are able to lift and move packages weighing approximately 10–23 kg;
• Have basic computer skills and experience working with scanning systems;
• Can work independently as well as in a team;
• Have good command of the Dutch language;
• Have basic knowledge of Lean Logistics and continuous improvement;
• Are willing to follow all safety and quality procedures.

Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as QAD, a forklift certificate, or experience in a regulated environment such as pharma, medical devices, or high-tech logistics is an advantage.
