Logistics Planner

For an international logistics organization in Tilburg, we are looking for a Logistics Planner. This role offers plenty of responsibility, daily interaction with various stakeholders, and a great deal of variety. You will initially join the team as a replacement for a colleague, but there is a strong possibility that the assignment will be extended and could even lead to a permanent position.

As a Logistics Planner, you are responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes. You will work closely with customers, carriers, and colleagues to coordinate and monitor shipments efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders
• Planning and coordinating transportation activities
• Maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and external partners
• Monitoring deliveries and service performance
• Supporting logistics service operations
• Managing pricing and cost administration
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Coordinating stock levels and shipment planning with the warehouse
• Booking shipments in internal systems
• Supporting month end closing activities

• A salary between €2,800 and €2,900 gross per month based on a 40 hour workweek
• A full time position of 40 hours per week
• Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 17:30

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Customer focused with a proactive mindset
• Experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain is considered an advantage

Good to know: Dutch language skills are not required for this position.
