Logistics employee outbound

What are you going to do?As an outbound warehouse employee, you are responsible for everything that leaves the warehouse. You ensure that orders are complete, accurate, and ready for shipment. Thanks to your efforts, customers receive their goods on time and according to schedule.

You will work at Johnson Controls in Echt, part of Tyco Fire & Security. This international company specializes in fire safety and building security solutions, serving sectors such as healthcare, commercial buildings, shipbuilding, and airports.
The site in Echt is known for its structured approach, strong focus on safety, and high-quality standards. The working environment is informal and approachable, with plenty of room for initiative. Due to the integration with the Essen location, the warehouse is currently undergoing significant development, creating a dynamic workplace with plenty of opportunities and work available.
What do we ask?- Minimum MBO level of education.
- Two to three years of recent experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Valid Reach Truck, EPT, or OPT certificate.
- Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Good command of the Dutch language; English is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Committed to working safely and actively contributing to process improvements.
