Line Operator

Are you ready to take on responsibility in a modern production environment? McCain Appetizers in Rilland is looking for motivated Line Operators who know how to get things done. Experience is not required; we value motivation and a willingness to learn more. Together, we ensure that our cheese snacks and breaded vegetable products are produced to perfection.

As a Line Operator, you’ll ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work with modern machinery and monitor the progress of the production line.

- Setting up and operating production machines

- Monitoring and adjusting the production process

- Ensuring that raw materials and supplies are available on time

- Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions

-Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality and continuity

You’ll work in a rotating 3-shift system; your work hours are:

-Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

-Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

-Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

-Starting salary of €16.67 per hour (including ATV allowance, excluding shift premiums)

-Shift premium: 33% extra after 6:00 p.m. and 35% extra after midnight

-25 vacation days

-3% year-end bonus

-Proficiency in Dutch and/or English

-Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation

-Personal transportation is required (the location is not accessible by public transportation)
