Lead Supply Chain Improvement

Join Nike at the European Headquarters (EHQ) as a Lead, Supply Chain Improvement and play a key role in enhancing operational performance across the EMEA Marketplace organization. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, streamline end-to-end processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve service, efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. By combining operational expertise with a data-driven approach, you will help elevate marketplace execution and support Nike's continued growth across the region. This is a temporary assignment running until June 2026.

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and drive process improvements.
• Develop business cases, support strategic planning, and drive initiatives that contribute to key operational and financial KPIs.
• Monitor order management, inventory, shipment execution, and returns, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Act as a change champion by supporting new ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of improvement projects.
• Create reporting, performance insights, and recommendations that support operational decision-making.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, Analytics, Commercial, and Finance teams to strengthen end-to-end marketplace execution.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across different teams and levels.
• Knowledge of order management, inventory management, shipment execution, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
