Ladder Assemly line Employee

Do you enjoy working with your hands and seeing the direct results of your work? We are looking for a Production Employee for the Ladder Assembly Line at Altrex in Zwolle. You will start in a 2-shift schedule and move to a 3-shift schedule from mid-November 2026. Including shift allowance, you can earn up to €20.90 gross per hour.

As a Production Employee on the Ladder Assembly Line, you and your colleagues will be responsible for assembling and inspecting high-quality aluminium access equipment. You will work according to clear work instructions and use a variety of hand tools and production machinery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling aluminium ladders and step ladders based on technical drawings and work instructions
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and production machines
• Carrying out quality inspections in line with company standards
• Identifying and reporting deviations to the team leader
• Transporting materials within the production department
• Registering production data according to established procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets

You will start in a 2-shift schedule and move to a 3-shift schedule from mid-November 2026.

• A gross hourly wage of €17.06, excluding shift allowance (17.5% for a 2-shift schedule and 22.5% for a 3-shift schedule)
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre, with a maximum of 60 kilometres one-way
• Shift allowance on top of your salary
