For an international technology company that develops advanced infrastructure solutions for critical facilities, we are looking for a Data Center Solution Manager. In this role, you will support large-scale data center projects by translating customer requirements into competitive technical solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design and business teams and play a key role in winning strategic projects across Europe.

As a Data Center Solution Manager, you combine technical expertise with commercial insight. You help shape solution strategies, support tender processes and act as a trusted advisor for customers and consultants.

Your tasks:

• Analyse technical requirements from data center tenders and develop competitive solution strategies
• Advise customers and consultants during the pre-sales phase and identify the best technical approach
• Work with engineering and R&D teams to create high-level power distribution concepts and system designs
• Translate technical features into clear customer benefits and professional proposal materials
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and responses to customer questions during tender processes
• Present and discuss solutions with technical stakeholders, including engineers, consultants and senior decision-makers
• Contribute to strategic projects across Europe and support business growth in the fast-growing data center market

• You will start with a one-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• A gross monthly base salary of €8,000–€10,000, depending on experience.
• 24 paid vacation days and a performance-based bonus scheme and salary review once a year

We are looking for a technically strong professional with experience in power infrastructure, critical facilities or data center environments. Experience with electrical power systems is preferred.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Technology or a comparable technical discipline
• Experience in a solution design, engineering, presales or technical consultancy role within data center projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems such as MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems or related technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical decision-makers and engineering teams
• Experience reviewing technical specifications and translating them into practical solutions
• Fast learner with the ability to understand new technologies, products and industry standards
• Fluent English skills and willingness to travel approximately 30% within Europe
• Chinese language skills are an advantage for internal collaboration
