For an international company operating in the life sciences, biotechnology, and laboratory solutions sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Landsmeer.

In this role, you will support customers in the Netherlands, Flanders, Wallonia, and other European markets with questions related to orders, invoices, returns, and service requests. You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, ensuring they receive fast, professional, and accurate support in a quality-driven international environment.

What are you going to do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions about orders, billing, returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoice changes.
  • Supporting customers by phone and email.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers and registering requests in internal systems.
  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their question, order, claim, or service request.
  • Escalating more complex issues to the right internal departments, such as logistics, finance, supply chain, or technical support.
  • Accurately documenting customer conversations and actions taken.
  • Working closely with colleagues across different teams to solve customer issues quickly and correctly.
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer support within a regulated and quality-focused business environment.


What do we offer?
  • Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00.
  • Competitive salary €3,467 gross per month.
  • Contract duration: 12 months.
  • Location: Landsmeer, onsite.

What do we ask?
  • Dutch (B2/C1 level) required to support customers in the Netherlands and Flanders.
  • French (B2/C1 level) required to support customers in Wallonia, Belgium.
  • English (minimum B1/B2 level) required for internal communication and documentation across EMEA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when processing customer information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and CRM or data-entry systems.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or another customer-facing role.
  • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, or another regulated environment is an advantage.
