What are you going to do?As a member of the Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Italy. You’ll ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly from order intake to delivery. You'll work closely with the sales team, logistics, and transport partners. This is a Part-time position with a permanent contract in a supportive, international working environment
- Process customer orders in SAP: from intake to invoicing
- Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers informed
- Handle questions and complaints via phone and email
- Update customer data, pricing, and promotions in the system
- Collaborate with sales to strengthen client relationships
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that improve team efficiency
- Play a key role in delivering excellent customer service
- Directly under contract with the client (for 24 till 32 hours a week)
- Gross monthly salary between €2850 and €3100 (based on full-time)
- 8% holiday allowance
- 27 vacation days per year
- Option to buy up to 5 additional vacation days
- Performance end-of-year bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary
- Pension scheme from day one (2/3 paid by employer)
- The option to work from home for one day
You’ll join a diverse and international Customer Service team of 12 people, representing various nationalities. The team is close-knit and collaborative, and the work atmosphere is informal and supportive. While the company’s headquarters are located in China, the EU headquarters are located here in Eindhoven. What do we ask?- Fluency in Italian and Englisch, Preferably 3rd language nl/fr
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Experience with MS Office; familiarity with SAP (SD & MM modules) is a plus
- A proactive and hands-on attitude
- Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
