As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers in Germany. You ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly, from order entry to delivery. You will work closely with colleagues from sales, logistics, and transport in a fast-growing international company.

This is a full-time position (32–40 hours per week) with a direct permanent contract with the client.

• Process customer orders in SAP, from order intake to invoicing
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and keep customers informed
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues via phone and email
• Maintain customer data, pricing information, and promotions in the system
• Work closely with the sales team to strengthen customer relationships
• Support projects and initiatives that improve team efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience

• Direct permanent contract with the client
• Gross monthly salary between €2,850 and €3,100 based on full-time employment
• 8% holiday allowance
• 27 vacation days per year
• Option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days
• Performance-based year-end bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary
• Pension scheme from day one, with two-thirds paid by the employer

You enjoy helping customers, communicate clearly, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in German and English; Dutch, French, or Spanish is an advantage
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Experience with MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus
• Proactive, hands-on, and customer-focused mindset
• Able to stay organized and perform well under pressure
