You'll be trusted to:

• Set up and operate modern CNC grinding machines
• Produce and maintain precision cutting tools
• Work from technical drawings and specifications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure exceptional standards
• Troubleshoot deviations and optimize processes
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient production environment

• Salary between €3,220 and €3,517 gross per month
• 20% shift allowance

• Have a technical background or experience in metalworking or manufacturing
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Are willing to work in a 2-shift system
• Speak Dutch and/or English
• Take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work
