CNC Operator

Do you have experience with CNC machines and do you want to work in a modern production environment? As a CNC Operator, you ensure that various machines operate smoothly and accurately, and you contribute directly to the quality of the final product. You work in a 3-shift system, receive €3.100 to €3.200 gross per month excluding a 20% shift allowance, and have the prospect of a long-term job.

As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring various modern production machines. You ensure that technical parts used in the construction sector, such as screws and bolts, are produced according to the correct specifications.

Your duties include:

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring CNC machines;
• Producing various technical parts;
• Checking the quality and dimensions of products;
• Identifying and resolving deviations during the production process;
• Performing quality checks and recording production data;
• Working in accordance with safety and quality regulations.

You work in a 3-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00.

• €3.100 to €3.200 gross per month, excluding 20% shift allowance;
• 25 vacation days and 8,33% holiday allowance;
• Pension contributions from your first working day;
• A full-time job for the long term;
• Working in a modern production environment in Tilburg.

You will be working for an international manufacturing company that produces technical products and parts for various sectors, including construction. Modern machinery and techniques are used at the production site.

You will join a technical production environment where safety, quality, and precision work are paramount. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the products meet the correct quality requirements. As an experienced CNC Operator, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and experience on a daily basis.

For this position, we are looking for an experienced CNC Operator who can work independently with modern machines and has technical insight.

• You have experience setting up and operating CNC machines;
• You have technical insight and can read technical drawings;
• You can independently identify and resolve deviations in the production process;
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system;
• You are available full-time and are looking for a long-term job;
• You have your own transport to travel independently to Tilburg.
