Cleanroom Operator

Earn €18.17 gross per hour, including shift allowance, and work in a modern cleanroom environment at HQ Pack in Schijndel.

You play an important role in preparing high-quality components for the global high-tech industry. Thanks to your attention to detail, products meet the strict quality standards required by customers in sectors such as semiconductors and advanced technology. This is a full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract.

Clean technical components according to strict cleanroom procedures

Inspect products for quality, dimensions, and specifications

Package and prepare products for shipment

Record completed activities and quality checks

Identify deviations and contribute ideas for process improvements

Work with professional equipment and specialized tools

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the highest quality standards

• Gross hourly wage of €18.17, including 18% shift allowance
• Full-time position with the opportunity for a permanent contract

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (10 to 40 km one way)

• You speak Dutch and/or English
• You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail
• You are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00)
• You can work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in production, logistics, or a cleanroom environment is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is just as important
