Cleanroom employee

What are you going to do?As a Cleanroom Operator, you will work in a modern ISO Grade 2 cleanroom where high-value, mainly metal components are cleaned, inspected, and packaged.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning precision parts according to strict procedures
- Performing visual quality inspections using UV and blue inspection lights
- Operating cleaning installations and drying machines
- Vacuum packing cleaned products
- Inspecting components for contamination and damage
- Working according to cleanroom and quality standards
- Handling valuable high-tech components with great care
- Starting salary of €15.92 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance
- With the 18% shift allowance, your hourly wage increases to €18.79 gross per hour
- You will work in a rotating two-shift schedule:
- One week Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:30
- Other week Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:30 and Friday off
- Average working week of 38 hours
- Enjoy a long weekend every other week
- Extensive onboarding and training program of 3 to 4 months
- Personal guidance from experienced colleagues during your training period

What do we ask?- Experience in a cleanroom environment is strongly preferred
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
- Highly accurate and quality-minded
- Reliable and able to follow procedures carefully
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day
- Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage
- Willing to work in a two-shift schedule
