Channel Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Channel Operations Analyst to support the regional sales and channel activities in The Hague, Netherlands. This role combines partner coordination, internal sales operations support, event logistics, and performance reporting for a regional team and headquarters. The role is execution-focused and process-driven, with responsibility for maintaining operational continuity, supporting partner management activities, and ensuring that data and documentation are completed accurately.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Channel Operations Analyst. Accurate data processing, reporting and tracking are central to the position, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys structured work, repeated processes, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your daily tasks include:

• Support the full lifecycle of channel partners, including onboarding, registration, qualification, and certification;
• Maintain accurate partner and performance data, with a strong focus on data processing, compliance, and record quality;
• Collect, consolidate, and update regional sales and channel information for internal reporting purposes;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and briefings for the regional team and headquarters;
• Monitor business reviews, project processes, and operational compliance across sales and channel activities;
• Coordinate customer invitation lists, RSVP tracking, and event logistics for regional marketing events and business initiatives;
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of business processes;

• A salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, channel operations, or a similar role;
• Experience working in an international or multinational organization is an advantage;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly preferred due to communication with international headquarters and internal teams;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Solid Excel and reporting skills for handling data-heavy operational tasks;
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
