BPO Project Manager

Join Nike EHQ as a Brand Planning & Operations Project Manager and play a key role within the EMEA Marketing organization. You'll support critical leadership workstreams and seasonal planning processes, helping bring structure, clarity, and executional excellence to complex cross-functional initiatives.

Working within the Brand Planning & Operations Shared Services team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations leadership, territory teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, priorities remain aligned, and teams stay connected throughout the planning and execution process.

This is a temporary assignment until May 2027

You'll drive project management and operational excellence across key EMEA Marketing initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned, informed, and equipped to execute successfully.

• Manage leadership workstreams from planning through delivery, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and keep teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and evolve EMEA Marketing seasonal planning processes, driving consistency across multiple seasons.
• Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of planning tools, playbooks, calendars, and operational resources.
• Create communication materials, educational content, and engagement plans to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes that increase efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide stakeholders with clear updates on status, priorities, and next steps.

We're looking for a highly organized project manager who thrives in ambiguity and can bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments.

• Experience in Project Management, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear updates, presentations, and training materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Airtable is preferred.
