Assembly Operator

You will be responsible for assembling products, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring that the production process runs efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to an effective and sustainable production environment. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Packing, filling, labelling, and assembling products;
• Monitoring the progress of the production process;
• Carrying out quality checks;
• Checking that products meet the required specifications, such as shape, weight, and quality;
• Identifying and reporting deviations or malfunctions;
• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:30;
• Afternoon shift: 14:15 to 22:45.

• A gross monthly salary €3200
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 days of annual leave (based on full-time employment);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;

• Education level: LBO/MBO (vocational education);
• Interest in and affinity with technical work;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Good command of the English language;
• Flexible and eager to learn;
• Quality-oriented and solution-focused;
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain an overview.
