AI Infrastructure Expert

As an AI Infrastructure Expert you will play a key role in designing and developing next-generation data infrastructure for AI-driven applications and Agent ecosystems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design and develop a unified platform for managing and scheduling heterogeneous computing resources, including CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs. You will improve resource allocation, optimize performance, and increase utilization across large-scale computing environments;
• Build and enhance next-generation multimodal computing engines that process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data, including text, images, video, and other data types. You will focus on performance, scalability, and efficient execution of complex workloads;
• Develop advanced query, retrieval, and processing capabilities for multimodal data environments. This includes supporting vector, text, geospatial, and other data formats while improving search accuracy, speed, and overall system efficiency;
• Design and implement scalable vector storage, indexing, metadata management, and access control solutions. You will ensure high-performance data retrieval, efficient storage optimization, and seamless integration with open-source technologies and ecosystems;
• Build high-performance distributed caching services that support large-scale AI and data workloads. You will enable fast data access, near-compute caching, and efficient data transfer between different computing engines and platforms;
• Apply AI4DB, Large Language Models, and Agent technologies to create intelligent data platforms with autonomous decision-making capabilities. You will develop AI-powered Agents that automate data management, analytics, operations, and system maintenance;
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of next-generation data infrastructure for AI Agents and LLM ecosystems. You will drive innovation across resource scheduling, data storage, retrieval, computation, and intelligent platform management to support future AI applications;

• Gross yearly salary up to 140K per year.

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python and/or Java;Proven experience with distributed systems, database technologies, big data platforms, storage systems, or high-performance computing;
• Hands-on experience designing or developing core platform components such as query engines, execution engines, storage engines, or distributed data infrastructure;
• Solid understanding of heterogeneous computing environments, including CPU, GPU and AI accelerators, with experience in resource management and optimization;
• Experience with cloud platforms, scalable infrastructure, and DevOps practices;
• Knowledge of AI technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or AI-powered data platforms, is highly preferred;
