Turnaround Administrator
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Turnaround Administrator to provide essential administrative support for turnaround and maintenance activities within a heavy industrial environment.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience supporting turnarounds, shutdowns, maintenance events, or capital projects in the Oil & Gas, Industrial, Energy, Petrochemical, or Construction sectors. You'll play a key role in ensuring documentation, communication, and project administration activities are completed accurately and efficiently to help keep projects on track.

Location: Edmonton, AB (Sherwood Park Area)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts | 4 days onsite per week
Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 3–4 Month contract

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to turnaround and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate and maintain project documentation, reports, correspondence, and records
Assist with data entry, document control, and tracking of project-related information
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and action item follow-up
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and various project documents
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation complies with company standards and procedures
Assist with onboarding documentation and workforce-related administration as required
Support communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor and organize project files to ensure information is readily accessible
Assist with updating project trackers, databases, and administrative systems
Provide general office and administrative support to turnaround management teams
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting:
Turnarounds
Shutdowns
Maintenance events
Capital projects
Industrial operations
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas, Industrial, Petrochemical, Energy, or Construction industry
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including:
Excel
Word
Outlook
PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and administrative coordination abilities
Experience with document control processes and project administration
Familiarity with industrial site procedures and turnaround environments
Experience supporting project managers, maintenance teams, or operations groups
Highly organized and detail-oriented professional
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with excellent communication skills
Proactive approach and strong sense of accountability
Experience supporting large-scale industrial projects
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
