HR Administrator
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time HR Administrator to support a busy HR team in Sherwood Park, AB. Reporting to the HR Lead, you will play a key role in recruitment, employee support, and HR administration in a dynamic, unionized environment.
Please note: This location is not transit accessible — a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 hours a day
Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract

Responsibilities:
Support the HR Lead with day-to-day HR operations and generalist tasks
Recruit and source candidates for entry-level union positions
Coordinate interviews and prepare hiring materials
Support onboarding and ensure a smooth new hire experience
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data (SuccessFactors, Kronos)
Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR processes
Generate reports and support data analysis and tracking
Organize employee engagement initiatives and events
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries (payroll, attendance, records, etc.)
Ensure compliance with site safety policies and HR procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
2–3 years of experience in an HR administrative role
College diploma in HR or Business (strongly preferred)
Experience working in a unionized environment
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Kronos)
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Customer-service oriented with a collaborative mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
