General Labour

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time General Labourer for our client’s growing warehouse operation. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy staying active, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This role is ideal if you have warehouse experience and are looking to develop your skills in order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics while working with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a picking cart

• Use an RF scanner to locate, scan, and process products

• Sort and place picked products into designated bins

• Prepare customer orders for shipment

• Scan bins and package products according to shipping requirements

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory-related tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

• Support warehouse operations with additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience

• Experience using an RF scanner is an asset, but not required

• Experience performing cycle counts is considered an asset

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to pull carts and lift up to 25 lbs

• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
