• Education: Technical background in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Landscaping, or other Design & Engineering majors.
• Experience: 8+ years in Construction Management, Architecture Design, Urban Planning, Property Management, Environmental Engineering, Landscaping, or related fields.

【Job Responsibilities】

• Property Management: Take ownership of asset operations, tenant engagement, and large-scale facility management.
• Urban Planning: Shape future cities by contributing to innovative development models and sustainable growth initiatives.
• Construction Management: Lead project execution, manage timelines, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across major developments.
• Design & Engineering: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams on architectural, civil, and engineering solutions.
• Commercial Property Development: Be involved in new ventures, land development projects, and business expansion opportunities.
• Landscape Design & Management: Create and manage green spaces that enhance urban life and environmental quality.
