【Candidate Profile】

-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (advanced degree preferred).

-Minimum five years of program management experience, focused on new product development.

-Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard program management methodologies, including phase gate development processes, with the ability to advocate best practices.

-Advanced skills in Smartsheet and MS Project, especially in resource allocation and leveling.

-Demonstrated leadership experience in managing indirect reports and project teams across multiple initiatives.

-Proven track record of achieving objectives, inspiring action, and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.

-Recognized leadership and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

-Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to prepare project reports and presentations.

-PMP certification preferred.

【Responsibilities】

-Direct the execution of strategic programs from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule, within specified parameters, and at the designated cost; programs may encompass new product development, product line extensions, and customizations.

-Manage risk mitigation strategies and oversee change management processes for assigned programs.

-Guide cross-functional teams to achieve unified objectives and facilitate swift, informed decision-making in collaboration with partners from engineering, product management, operations, quality, and service divisions.

-Communicate program status to stakeholders, ensuring goals are met and risks are addressed promptly.
