Our client is a reputable medical device company with an established presence in Taiwan. With a strong product portfolio and consistent clinical performance, the company is committed to expanding its market reach through professional sales engagement, customer education, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably with exposure to hospital channels or clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to build client relationships, identify customer needs, and provide consultative sales solutions.
  • Solid understanding of medical device products and their clinical applications; ability to communicate product value to healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations, in-service trainings, or clinical evaluations is a plus.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin; English reading or conversation ability is a plus.

Responsibilities】​

The Medical Device Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling medical device products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinical institutions, while supporting the company's market penetration and revenue growth strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales activities to achieve territory sales targets and business objectives through effective account management and territory planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical users, purchasing departments, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and in-service training to ensure proper product understanding and adoption.
  • Identify customer needs and provide consultative selling solutions aligned with clinical workflows and product applications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RA/QA, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth implementation of product launches and post-sale support.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to inform product positioning and future development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality system requirements (ISO 13485), and applicable healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, and activities in CRM system.
