【Responsibilities】

Platform Software Engineering

• Develop, maintain, and enhance platform-level software solutions
• Build system utilities, monitoring tools, and platform applications
• Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues
• Perform root-cause analysis for product and customer-reported issues
• Support new product introductions, platform transitions, and technology adoption
• Improve system reliability, performance, and usability

AI Enablement & Application Development

• Support enterprise AI initiatives and digital transformation projects
• Identify, prototype, and validate AI-powered use cases
• Develop AI-enhanced applications and workflows
• Implement knowledge search, document summarization, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions
• Assist in deploying and promoting AI productivity tools and Copilot-based solutions

AI Solution Integration

• Integrate AI services and REST APIs into existing platforms and applications
• Support cloud-based AI services and local AI computing environments
• Contribute to reusable AI frameworks, tools, and best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with hardware, BIOS, firmware, IT, QA, and business teams
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Documentation & Project Support

• Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Support project execution and progress tracking
• Assist with AI demonstrations, onboarding, and adoption activities

• 開發、維護及優化平台級軟體與系統工具
• 建置系統監控工具、自動化工具及平台應用程式

AI 應用開發與導入

• 參與企業 AI 專案與數位轉型計畫
• 協助評估、驗證及開發 AI 應用場景
• 整合大型語言模型（LLM）及生成式 AI 解決方案
• 建置知識搜尋、文件摘要、智慧助理及流程自動化工具
• 支援內部 AI 平台與 Copilot 類應用推廣

AI 與系統整合

• 串接 AI 服務、REST API 與企業既有系統
• 協助導入雲端 AI 平台及本地端 AI 運算環境
• 參與 AI Framework、工具與最佳實務建立

跨部門合作

• 與硬體、BIOS、韌體、IT、QA 及業務團隊合作
• 協助分析及解決產品與客戶技術問題
• 能將技術議題有效溝通給技術與非技術團隊

文件與專案支援

• 撰寫技術文件、操作手冊及教育訓練教材
• 協助專案追蹤與執行
• 支援 AI 示範、測試與內部推廣活動

【Candidate Profile】

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience is welcome)
• Programming skills in Python and C/C++
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments
• Basic understanding of APIs, system troubleshooting, and hardware/software integration
• Foundational knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or AI Copilot tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred

• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or related projects
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of BIOS, firmware, drivers, or platform technologies
• Understanding of platform architectures such as PCIe, storage, or system infrastructure
• Experience with RAG, AI Agents, or workflow automation solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
