2.熟悉 8 or 12 吋晶圓廠廠務管理經驗

3.熟悉 高壓供電、高純化學品、超純水、節能減碳議題

4.強領導力與跨文化溝通能

5.中英文流利

英文可作為工作語言

Responsibilities

1.統籌 多廠區廠務系統（Power / HVAC / Gas / Chemical / Water / WWTP / CDA / Firefighting）

2.跨廠 人力、資源與預算配置，建立標準化 SOP 與 Best Practice

3.確保 EHS / 法規 / 稽核 全面合規（含政府與客戶稽核）

4.建立 供應商管理與危機應變機制（BCP / Disaster Recovery）

5.作為廠務對 製造、製程、設備與高階管理層之關鍵窗口
