Candidate Profile

 Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.

* 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including 10+ years in management.(Team size>25 is must)

* Experience managing OSATs, suppliers, or external manufacturing partners preferred.

* Business-level English and Chinese.

* Strong communication skills with senior management, engineering, and manufacturing team

Responsibilities

* Manage regional OSAT partners to ensure delivery, cycle time, cost, quality, and service performance.

* Lead production control, quality, and NPI teams supporting assembly and testing operations.

* Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, new product introduction, and production ramp-up.

* Strengthen supply-chain resilience through material dual sourcing and alternate equipment qualification.

* Build strategic relationships with OSAT partners and lead key regional projects.
