【Responsibilities】

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates while providing professional recruitment consulting services
• Develop new business opportunities and achieve individual sales and recruitment targets
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions across various industries
• Specialize primarily in mid to high-level recruitment, with exposure to all indistries including Retail, FMCG, Technology, Energy, F&B, Banking, Fintech, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, etc.
