We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Manager (Contractor) to join our Peripherals team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle of next-generation peripheral products. You will act as the core orchestrator—bridging executive strategies with execution teams, managing project risks, securing critical milestones from concept to production, and driving business cases to optimize overall cost and product impact.

【Responsibilities】

1.Stakeholder Management & Communication

·      Executive Reporting: Provide regular, high-impact program status updates, milestone summaries, and strategic metrics to management and executive leadership teams.

·      Strategic Cascading: Effectively communicate executive directions, corporate strategies, and business concerns down to system team members to ensure organizational alignment.

·      Issue Escalation: Proactively identify critical path bottlenecks and lead the escalation of key issues and decisions to the executive team with data-driven recommendations when required.

2.Project Execution & Lifecycle Management

·      Meeting Leadership: Lead weekly system team meetings; author and publish concise meeting minutes capturing actionable items, ownership (leads), and realistic target dates for closure.

·      Checkpoint & Progress Tracking: Host phase-gate and checkpoint review meetings to audit deliverables and rigorously track the progress of all participating functional teams.

·      Milestone Delivery: Drive and alignment all functional teams to deliver results that strictly meet all checkpoint objectives and PLC deliverables.

3.Change & Risk Management

·      Change Request Governance: Manage ongoing change requests by aligning with engineering, product marketing, and operation teams; ensure all functional teams comprehend technical/schedule impacts.

·      Risk Mitigation: Formulate and execute robust communication and mitigation plans to minimize business impacts, cost overheads, and potential project escalations.

【Candidate Profile】

1.Education Background

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent technical/management discipline.

2.Working Experience & Technical Skills

·      Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the IT/Electronics industry (experience in PC, peripherals, or consumer electronics systems is highly preferred).

·      Business & Financial Acumen: Proven ability to validate business cases, understand ROI/margins, and collaborate with procurement/R&D to drive the best cost scenarios (Cost Down/Design for Cost).

·      Project Controls: Exceptional capability in scheduling, generating complex trade-off scenarios, and managing cross-functional technical risks.

3.Soft Skills & Leadership

·      Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead a diverse, matrixed team to deliver results per checkpoints without direct authority.

·      Communication & Negotiation: Effective professional communication, executive presentation, and negotiation skills in fluent English (both written and spoken).

·      Attributes: Proactive mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments.
