A leading global semiconductor manufacturer is seeking experienced Facility Experts to support the planning, operation, and optimization of facility systems in an advanced manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in facility engineering, system design, installation, operation, or maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge in one or more facility disciplines, including electrical, water treatment, specialty gas, chemical, mechanical, exhaust, or CSA systems.
• Experience managing engineering or construction projects in an industrial environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or other advanced manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with facility reliability, energy management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with contractors, engineering consultants, and cross-functional project teams.

Facility Planning & Engineering

• Plan, design, and implement facility system modifications to support manufacturing expansion and production requirements.
• Develop engineering solutions that optimize system reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices.

Engineering Coordination

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, engineering consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Prepare engineering specifications, technical documentation, construction packages, and procurement requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and provide technical guidance during project development.

Project Management & Cost Control

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates for facility improvement and expansion projects.
• Monitor project progress, manage project risks, and ensure delivery within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and system qualification activities.

Construction & Installation Support

• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Support system startup, acceptance testing, and operational handover.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure facility systems comply with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, and operational sustainability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and reduce operational costs.
