美商航太巨頭 : Facility Engineer(廢水處理相關)

Role Summary/Purpose :

Facility Management / Utilities Systems / Electrical / HVAC / Wastewater / Engineering Supervision

廠房公用設施管理，包含建築物、水氣電、空調及排氣、消防系統、給排水、污水處理系統日常檢修與故障排除，及工程採購驗收。

1. 工作地點 : 桃園觀音為主

2. 有固定式起重機操作證照 / 高空作業車證照 加分

3. 有機會跟國際團隊共事，英文好大加分

4. 經驗豐富者薪資可談

5. 台北與桃園有交通車/免費供餐/租屋補助

6. 可提供中文履歷，如有英文CV 加分

7. 一至五常日班為主，但會需要依照工作需求排到夜班及大夜班(非常態，會有額外津貼)

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above

2. Experience in facility or utilities maintenance

3. Level B Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification (mandatory) 乙級廢水處理專責人員證照（必要條件）

4. Experience in engineering execution and problem-solving

5. Ability to work independently with strong cross-functional communication skills

Essential Responsibilities: 

1. Wastewater Treatment System Operation & Maintenance

(Level B Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification required)

2. High- and Low-Voltage Power & Lighting System Maintenance

3. Chiller, HVAC, and Air Compressor System Operation & Management

4. Water Supply & Drainage, Cooling Water, and Ventilation System Maintenance

5. Fire Protection, Access Control, and Surveillance System Management

6. Facility Maintenance

(Building structure, overhead cranes, passenger/freight elevators)

7. Engineering Planning, Supervision & Project Acceptance

8. Preventive Maintenance Planning & Execution
