Adecco Thailand reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Thai and international jobseekers through its Career Coaching activities at Job Expo Thailand 2026, held from 16–18 January 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
Over the three-day event, the Adecco Thailand booth welcomed more than 2,000 visitors. One of the most consistently popular highlights was the one-on-one Career Coaching programme, designed to help jobseekers reflect on themselves, identify their strengths, gain clarity on suitable career directions, and prepare for long-term career decisions.
This year, Adecco Thailand deployed a team of 18 experienced Career Coaches, each with strong expertise in the labour market across various job functions and industries. Together, they provided in-depth career consultations to more than 100 coachees throughout the event, including both Thai and international jobseekers. The coaching sessions went beyond immediate job placement, covering career pathway planning, identification of in-demand skills, career transitions, and building confidence to move forward with clearer direction.
In addition to Career Coaching, visitors were able to apply for jobs, submit their resumes, and engage directly with Adecco consultants to gain insights into labour market trends, hiring outlooks, and career opportunities across multiple industries. Adecco Thailand also conducted a jobseeker survey at the booth, focusing on what jobseekers are looking for in their careers, how they search for jobs, and the obstacles or concerns they face during the job application and career decision-making process. The insights gathered will be used to further enhance Adecco’s services, guidance, and career solutions for jobseekers in the future.

Marie Antonette Anciro, Country Director of Adecco Thailand, said, “Participating in Job Expo Thailand 2026 provided an important opportunity for Adecco Thailand to support jobseekers more closely—not only by connecting them with job opportunities, but also by listening to their perspectives, expectations, and challenges. This is why we designed both the survey and our Career Coaching activities, to help jobseekers better understand themselves, recognise their potential, and plan their career paths with greater confidence. We believe that high-quality career guidance is the foundation of a sustainable future of work.”
The event underscored Adecco Thailand’s role as a long-term career partner, committed to supporting jobseekers at every stage of their career journey, while contributing to the development of Thailand’s labour market through a strong focus on people, skills, and long-term potential—aligned with Adecco’s mission of Making the Future Work for Everyone.
