BIM Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support the delivery of large-scale Data Center construction projects in Thailand. This role will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across design, construction, MEP systems, security systems, and commissioning activities. Working closely with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project management teams, you will drive design coordination, clash resolution, digital construction workflows, and contractor collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM, design coordination, digital engineering, or project delivery within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, design management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience working on Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, High-Rise, Healthcare, or Complex Building Projects is highly preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire Protection, Security, and ELV systems.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, AutoCAD, and other BIM coordination tools.
• Familiarity with clash detection, BIM execution planning, model management, and digital construction workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working alongside clients, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based project environment.
• Previous experience in Data Center projects or Mission Critical facilities will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction, testing & commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, and project digital delivery requirements.
• Manage multidisciplinary design coordination across Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP, Fire Protection, ELV, Security, and Data Center critical systems.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and oversee clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution using BIM platforms and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure design integration and project alignment.
• Review design models, shop drawings, and construction documentation to support project execution and quality requirements.
• Monitor BIM deliverables, project progress, and implementation compliance across all project stakeholders.
• Support construction teams by identifying potential design conflicts, constructability issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate BIM-related activities with project planning, scheduling, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Manage BIM consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project models and digital assets.
• Prepare BIM reports, dashboards, and presentations for project leadership and client stakeholders.
• Promote project quality, safety, and compliance requirements throughout the digital delivery process.
