As an Usher, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth event operations and delivering top-notch service to guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure orderliness of queue lines during ingress to venues.
• Aid guests with special needs, ensuring they have easy access and are directed to their designated seating area.
• To provide booster seats for children (if required).
• Address guest inquiries, offer information, and help with lost and found items, restroom locations, F&B concessions, merchandise stores, and deposit counters.
• Verify tickets and scan them using handheld scanners or provide supervision at the turnstile gate.
• Assist to enforce venue policies and executing contingency plans when necessary.
• May be assigned to make event-related announcements using loud hailer or other means.
• Assist with bag deposits, collect charges, and ensure proper tagging and documentation.
• Support your team by setting up barricades or Q-poles and displaying signage stands as and when required at the events’ ingress, during, and egress segments.
