Health, Safety and Governance

Our Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) is designed to assist our consultants in identifying hazards, managing risks by conducting regular on sites assessments. All Adecco Group employees are involved in the implementation and regular improvement of our Health and Safety Management System, which assists us in ensuring our associates return home safely. The Health & Safety of our associates, employees, and clients is always our top priority.

We conduct regular occupational health and safety inspections, and toolbox talks on client sites, and, more importantly, we understand the need for accurate hazard reporting to prevent/minimise incidents and injuries. To address this, Adecco has also implemented an online portal called “Safe To Say” where our employees can report hazards, near misses, or safety concerns 24/7 anonymously if they wish.

We encourage you to call your local Adecco branch if you want to raise a safety concern, or to do so through Safe to Say if you require anonymity. Here, you can report issues such as a safety hazard, near misses, or bullying and harassment.
