We're looking for a people-focused Team Leader to join a fast-paced medical supplies stores/warehouse team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys leading from the front, and can quickly assess situations, adapt, and bring their team along on the journey.

💰 Starting rate: $29 per hour

🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm

🔁 Opportunity: Temp-to-perm for the right person

🛠️ What you'll be doing:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the team to deliver efficient warehouse operations
• Working alongside your team with pick packing, stock handling, and distribution
• Managing inwards and outwards goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Quickly assessing operational challenges, adapting to changing priorities, and effectively implementing solutions
• Communicating changes clearly and confidently to ensure successful team buy-in and execution
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting change management
• Maintaining a positive, productive, and engaged team culture

🙌 About you:

• An experienced Team Leader from a fast-paced warehouse, stores, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Someone who thrives on challenge and gets a little shine in their eye when presented with a problem to solve
• Adaptable and agile, with the ability to quickly assess situations, pivot when required, and confidently lead others through change
• Strong traditional values with a proven track record of commitment, reliability, and following through on what you start
• A natural communicator known for building strong relationships across all levels of the business
• Experienced in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse systems
• Confident using computers and warehouse management systems
• A genuine people person who leads from the front and isn't afraid to get stuck in
• Energetic, positive, and able to maintain momentum in a busy environment
• Holds a current OSH Forklift & Reach Truck Licence (essential)
