Production Chef

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Production Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you’re confident producing quality food at scale and can comfortably handle large service volumes, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and producing large-scale food orders with consistency and efficiency
• Managing prep, batching, and service for high-volume output
• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Supporting kitchen operations, including stock rotation and waste minimisation
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Production Chef or similar high-volume role
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight service timelines
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
