Adecco New Zealand is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Plasterers to join our ever-growing Civil and Construction team across New Zealand. We have a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects managed by Adecco's clients, offering ongoing assignment-based opportunities.

Role Description

We are currently looking for experienced Plasterers for ongoing work across Waikato region in New Zealand. The role will involve preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, render, and other finishing materials to walls and ceilings, repairing existing plasterwork, installing decorative finishes when required, and ensuring a high standard of workmanship. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and work on a range of exciting construction projects.

Health & Safety is a key priority for us, and you will need a good knowledge, understanding, and proven application of Health & Safety practices. Salary will be based on experience for this role.

About You

  • Experience in plastering within residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
  • Ability to prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, sanding, and patching where required.
  • Experience mixing and applying plaster, render, stucco, and other finishing materials.
  • Ability to produce smooth, level, and high-quality finishes using hand and power tools.
  • Comfortable reading plans, specifications, and following work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable transport and the flexibility to travel to different project sites.
  • Commitment to workplace Health & Safety practices.
