Machine Operator

We’re looking for reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to keep the line running smoothly
• Assisting with machine setup and adjustments
• Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products
• Reporting faults or issues to senior operators or supervisors
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not essential
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
