About the Role

You will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently across designated routes, ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Class 5 vehicles for metro and/or linehaul deliveries
• Completing pre-start checks and basic vehicle inspections
• Ensuring freight is secured and transported safely
• Managing delivery documentation and run sheets
• Maintaining communication with dispatch and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NZ Class 5 licence with a clean record
• Proven experience in a similar driving role (logistics/freight preferred)
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Physically fit (some manual handling may be required)
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
