Hiring for 2026 – Class 4 Concrete Truck Drivers (Hastings) – Apply Now!

We are currently seeking experienced Class 4 Concrete Truck Drivers to join one of New Zealand’s leading civil construction and concrete supply companies. You will play a vital part in supporting major civil and infrastructure projects across Hawke’s Bay.

Your Role

• Operating Class 4 concrete trucks safely and efficiently, including loading, transporting, and discharging concrete on civil and commercial sites.
• Conducting pre‑start checks, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Ensuring accurate concrete delivery, including slump testing and working closely with batch plant staff and site supervisors.
• Following all health & safety procedures, traffic management protocols, and site regulations.
• Assisting onsite teams when required, including safe manoeuvring in tight civil construction environments.

What you'll need to succeed

• Full Class 4 licence (essential).
• Road Ranger experience (advantageous but not mandatory depending on fleet).
• Ability to work in a busy civil environment and follow clear safety instructions.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
• Reliable transport and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test.
