Warehouse Operator

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Operator for a full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and production support.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and shipping products, supplying raw materials to production, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

• Pay Rate: $21/hour

• Location: Saskatoon, SK

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products.

• Prepare outbound shipments, including pallet wrapping and shipment documentation.

• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations.

• Supply production lines with required raw materials and inventory.

• Monitor inventory movement and support inventory accuracy.

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts, bobcats, and other material handling equipment.

• Perform basic warehouse equipment inspections and maintenance.

• Report equipment issues and support minor repairs when required.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and company sustainability initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

• Promote a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent

• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, manufacturing, agricultural, or farming experience considered an asset

• Forklift certification and equipment operating experience preferred

• Experience loading and unloading trailers

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
