Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Operator for a full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and production support.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for receiving and shipping products, supplying raw materials to production, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Location: Saskatoon, SK

Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products.
Prepare outbound shipments, including pallet wrapping and shipment documentation.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
Supply production lines with required raw materials and inventory.
Monitor inventory movement and support inventory accuracy.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Equipment Operation
Operate forklifts, bobcats, and other material handling equipment.
Perform basic warehouse equipment inspections and maintenance.
Report equipment issues and support minor repairs when required.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and company sustainability initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Promote a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, manufacturing, agricultural, or farming experience considered an asset
Forklift certification and equipment operating experience preferred
Experience loading and unloading trailers
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
