Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for our client in Winnipeg, MB. Our client is looking for a reliable, safety-focused warehouse professional with experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation.

In this role, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving incoming shipments, order picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and customer service support.

  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience and forklift certification)

  • Location: Winnipeg, MB

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments

  • Verify products and enter receipts into inventory systems

  • Store materials in designated warehouse locations

  • Pick, pack, weigh, and label customer orders for shipment

  • Prepare bills of lading, shipping documents, and delivery records

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

  • Process returned materials and maintain accurate records

Inventory & Quality Control

  • Perform product verification and quality checks as required

  • Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment

  • Relocate and consolidate inventory to maximize warehouse efficiency

  • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records

Forklift & Material Handling

  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts (Raymond or Crown)

  • Move products and materials throughout the warehouse

  • Assist with loading and unloading activities

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines

Customer Service & General Support

  • Assist with counter sales and customer inquiries when required

  • Record and escalate customer concerns regarding products or services

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Assist with assembling and disassembling warehouse racks, bins, shelving, and storage systems

  • Support preventative maintenance activities on warehouse equipment and vehicles

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred

  • Experience operating a stand-up forklift (Raymond or Crown) is strongly preferred

  • Forklift certification is considered an asset

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and in varying weather conditions when required

  • Ability to safely use hand tools and warehouse equipment

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
